Welcome, Romance Cover Model Jimmy Thomas!
It's my pleasure to share this terrific guy with my friend Brita Addams this evening. This is the closest thing we're going to get to a Jimmy ménage! 
He's been extremely generous with answering all our questions and we can't thank him enough. He's shockingly candid. *wink* So, without further delay, welcome, Jimmy.
How did you first get chosen for romance novel covers?
From being a contestant in the RT Mr. Romance 2002. Susan Kearney booked me for my first cover “Solar Heat” as well as her “Dancing With Fire” book cover.
Have you ever done any acting?
Yes. They are listed on my resume page.
Have you ever dated any of the models you’ve worked with?
Yes. Some I met before I shot with them, so then we set up a shoot together. Some we hit it off really well during the shoot and dated after we shot. I’ve shot with 135 female models, so it’s bound to happen that I connect with a few who are single and interested as well.
Would you tell us some of the famous female models have you worked with?
Yes, Linn Thomas is the only female who has ever been a Playboy Playmate and a Penthouse Pet. Cindy Guyer, who was one of the few female models who shot with Fabio and John DeSalvo for many of their covers. Amanda Swisten, the actress in “American Pie” and “Girl Next Door.” Many others, but big names to certain genres, like fitness and glamor modeling.
We've noticed you support charities, for instance your Breakfast in Bed raffle during the 2010 RWA Conference proceeds went to the local animal rescue shelter. Are there other charities you support?
No others right now. I love animals and I really don’t like all the junk mail I get from the SPCA, etc., with free return address labels, greeting cards, lots of papers, which a lot of money must go to, for not only the materials, but the printing, labor, etc., where that money should be going to the animal shelters instead! So I support where I see a definite need for direct support, especially when I know local shelters that spend their own money on their shelters because they are animal lovers, and sometimes they don’t get enough from adoptions.
Share a funny memory from a photo shoot.
Well one shoot that went all day and night; day at the beach and night back at my place for an erotica shoot, where I was drained from shooting the day before, all day and night, and from being in the sun during that day… well during our night erotica shoot while the female model and I were naked in bed together and Bruce, my photographer, was adjusting the lights, I finally reached a point where I fell asleep while holding her. Well they kept shooting even though I was asleep. She was playing with my lips and looking at me all lovingly and sweet and endearing. I’ve posted some of those sleeping images and they’ve sold well.
Can you recall your most embarrassing moment in a shoot?
Well not for me, as I don’t get embarrassed. But some girls get embarrassed when they get wet during a shoot and they keep apologizing for it as they are up against me. I tell them that they definitely should not be apologizing, as it is hot and sexy to say the least and I would hope/expect that they would!
If you had a chance to participate in a ménage, would you?
HECK YA!!! Two (or more ) girls and me that is! Especially since I never have.
And what would be the combination of genders?
Multiple girls and me, of course.

That was one of the questions we asked, Kelly, but Jimmy only had so much time to write replies. He had another set over at Brita's to do...and all of it takes a lot longer than people realize. I hope he's around for a long time!
