What Money Can't Buy – Liz Borino
It's my pleasure to welcome a brand new author to Romance with SASS: Liz Borino. She's keeping quiet, while sexy Chris Taylor stops by today to talk about his role in Liz's new book, What Money Can't Buy. And she's giving away a book!

My name is Chris Taylor from Liz Borino’s contemporary romance novels, Expectations and What Money Can’t Buy. I heard this was a romance blog, so I thought I’d talk about the love of my life. Actually, currently, I have three. Two of which I haven’t met yet. Oh I’m getting ahead of myself here. I do that when I’m happy. And I always am when I’m talking about this.
Okay, my three loves: my husband, Aiden, and our twins, who haven’t been born yet. Let’s start with Aiden. We got married in November, six months. Sure, we’re still newlyweds, but I expect to feel this way in six, or even 60, years. How do I feel? Excited and calm all at the same time. Alright, his slick Irish accent, dark hair, and green eyes certainly don’t hurt. Nor do his lean muscles, which move in ways I didn’t think possible, especially when he dances. That flexibility comes in handy other times too. But you know what none of that really matters. They’re not the most important things we have going for us. Do you know what it’s like to wake up next to someone who loves you completely every single day? Sees everything about you and not only accepts it all, but celebrates it as well? Not many people know that feeling. But if you ever do find it? Fight for it. I can tell you our relationship was worth every battle, internal and external. If you fight for what you love, you’ll come out stronger, at least we did.
Aiden’s sister, Meghan, is pregnant with our- well my- twins. Aiden and I can’t wait to be parents. We want to share our love with another generation. Teach them that life isn’t so scary. I see family vacations, the best educations, dinner together every night. We want to give our kids childhoods completely different from our own. Can life really be that good? Got the money, got each other, everything else should fall into place, right? Please read What Money Can’t Buy and find out.
Blurb: What Money Can’t Buy, the sequel to Expectations,
finds the two couples, Chris and Aiden and Matt and Carley, eagerly
anticipating parenthood. However, their personal struggles continue.
Though Matt overcame his dependency on alcohol, new temptations present
themselves. And with Carley on bed rest, these temptations put a greater
strain on their relationship. Chris continues to deal with issues
regarding his father. These issues increase with greater proximity. When
tragedy strikes, the best and worst in everyone is revealed. Can they
stick together, or will their reactions tear them apart? Amazon Barnes and Noble

Expectations depicts the struggle between what we desire for ourselves and our familial obligations. The struggle is personified by Chris and Matt Taylor, identical twins, who are trying to win their overbearing father’s approval and acquire their trust funds. Love, money, and desire collide as Matt and Chris decide what’s really important to them. Amazon

About our author!
Liz Borino is the debut author of Expectations and What Money Can’t Buy, released by Lazy Day Publishing. Throughout her education, including a Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University, she's kept her stories to herself, but this only child is all grown up and wants to share them with the world. Her roots are in Bethlehem, Pa, but she loves to experience new cultures. As fun as that is, Liz likes nothing better than curling up at home with a good book or her work in progress.
Best wishes with What Money Can't Buy, Liz. I look forward to getting to know you better.
Margie
